Document Direction Limited, or DDL, is the exclusive Ricoh products distributor for small and medium-sized businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.

DDL enhances productivity by providing clients with enabling ideas, services, and products including multi-function office equipment,  IT equipment, digitization and digital transformation, Cyber Security & Managed IT services, plus solutions for better meetings.

Who We Are

Document Direction is a privately held mid-sized company, formerly known as DDLP, a division of Ricoh Canada. With direct manufacturer lineage, DDL today provides client partners with information technology systems and services at whatever level required.

And we do it this by combining the manufacturing, engineering and support expertise from Ricoh, a global technology innovator, with the experience and hands-on approach of our dedicated sales and service teams.

Showcasing the highly recognized and award-winning Ricoh equipment line, DDL provides print, copy, scan, and we still even provide fax equipment and service. We are also a top source for Ricoh’s Interactive Flat Panel display line.  In addition to the equipment, DDL also provides Ricoh Cloud solutions, and more.

DDL also provides Managed Services to deliver specific outcomes, leveraging our business experience and expertise. Managed Services staff are specially hired & trained full-time employees; these are not “temp” workers. Performance is measured regularly to ensure successful engagements, every time.

SERVICES

In addition to equipment, DDL provides a variety of B2B services, including our legendary Ricoh MFP onsite service, but does not end here.

IT installation (WiFi, interactive displays, CCTV cameras, etc.) and Helpdesk support services are available. We migrate on-premises servers to the Cloud, and build hybrid systems.

While we also provide full outsourced services for Accounts Receivable invoicing, and/or for Accounts Payable processing, you might want to start with a Document Imaging (Scanning) project, where we convert your paper documents into digital files, enabling searching and Workflow automation.  It can be a great place to start.
